Cold use (for Hay Fever, Allergies, Itchy Eyes, Swollen Eyelids, Puffy Eyes, Sinus Headaches):
1. Place the mask in the freezer to cool.
2. Once cooled, remove from freezer and check the temperature is comfortable.
3. Apply the cold compress to your closed eyelids and secure.
4. Relax for 7-10 minutes.
The self-cooling technology fabric delivers an effective cooling treatment.
After use, store in the freezer for next use, or in the included pouch at room temperature.
