About this product
Poly-Tears Lubricating Eye Drops have been specially formulated to provide soothing relief from the symptoms associated with dry, irritated eyes.
The formula compliments natural tears to lubricate and relieve irritation, grittiness and burning which may result from an inadequate natural tear film or exposure to wind or sun.
Poly-Tears may be used for rewetting of all soft (hydrophilic) and rigid gas permeable contact lenses, including daily, extended wear, and disposable, to relieve discomfort and minor irritation or blurring, which may be caused by wearing contact lenses.
15 mL drop-tainer.
Compatible with soft and rigid gas permeable contact lenses.

Product Usage
Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by your eye care professional. May be used as needed throughout the day.
It is essential that you follow your eye care practitioner's directions and all labelling instructions for proper use of the product.
If you experience headache, eye pain, persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes or redness of the eye or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, remove any contact lenses, discontinue use of the eye drops and consult your eye care practitioner.
Do not use if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product.
Be careful driving or operating machinery until you know how POLYTEARS Lubricating Eye Drops affect you and your vision. As with any eye medicine, temporary blurred vision or other visual disturbances may affect the ability to drive or use machines.
Do not touch dropper tip to any surface since this may contaminate solution.
Ingredients
Active ingredients (Duasorb water-soluble polymeric system): Hypromellose 3 mg/mL and Dextran 70 1 mg/mL.
Preservative: POLYQUAD (Polyquaternium-1) 0.011 mg/mL.
Other ingredients: sodium borate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, purified water.
